摘要
This Communication aims to reflect morality in school, in the context of contemporary ethical relativism. The focus of our analysis is the role of managers in the construction of these values. We use the concept of moral education that considers the values as affective investments capable of being trained in school. This theoretical current was revised from the transformations of contemporary society with the authors Puig, La Taille and Araujo. This work was divided into three distinct periods. The first questions the moral education today. In the second stage, we ask about possible ways to build the morale. Finally, think of the role of managers who work between law and educators. It was concluded that managers have a central contribution in building the morale in the school because they must help build the forums, as well as create a school that allows the experience of morality.
