GLOBALIZATION AND THE LAW: THE NEED FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A REAL LEGAL PLURALISM

The analysis presented here results from a research project called "globalization and changes in the law" and is written specifically in the context of the debate on the existence and need for legal, please contact order to contribute to building a global law. It is then a reflection of a text that provides some elements to move forward in building a discussion on certain principles which in our view should be appropriate within the law to give the necessary budgets to the formation of a right global. As a reflection of text set in an ongoing project of this writing no final results are presented, no responses developed in terms of depth own text to all of science. In this context, this text is limited to proposing certain lines of thought and academic positions that seek to encourage a personal discussion on the need for a legal pluralism both inside and outside the boundaries between different local public order to respond to the demands of the global world. This pluralism is based, inter alia, for all the existence of a self-publishing community in the production of standards related to their economic activities and is determined by a system of horizontal relationships which operates differently in relationships within and outside the territory of each state.
