摘要：
The paper yields the results of synthesis of izoniazid complexes (IC) on long-acting hydrocarbon matrices such as Sephadex and Molselect and shows their biochemical and therapeutic properties. ICs were shown to have some advantage over free IC in accumulating in the lung tissue (1.7-fold) and in blood-BSC (up to 13-15 days). The chemopreventive properties of IC as part of the long-acting complexes used in the treatment of experimental tuberculosis in animals are virtually identical to those of pure IC.
