摘要
The NHS is in the threes of profound change. How much of it is cultural? Indeed, what do we mean when we talk about the culture of an organisation? And if we succeed in defining culture, how does an understanding of this concept help us to manage the service better? This article sets out to answer these questions and argues that an understanding of organisational culture is a necessary part of good human resource management.
