摘要
The paper presents an analysis of the novel "Red Star" by A. Bogdanov and that of the early texts by A. Platonov, marked by utopian discourse. Utopia and anti-utopia are shown to be the metagenre literary trends. Depending on the ideology of the time the texts of these authors can be read either as utopian or as anti-utopian. Special attention in the paper is paid to the links of the said writers's ideas and images with those typical of the culture of the early 20th century, marked by the pathos of instant transformation of the world and of the natural essence of man.
