摘要
Neutron spectroscopy shows that the fundamental optical band of H(D) vibrations in the ordered monohydride phase, delta-TiH, is split into two peaks. Biphonon and triphonon excitations were clearly observed as distinct peaks separated from two-phonon and three-phonon bands to lower energies. These effects seem to be due to strong H-H interaction along the crystal c-axis.
