摘要：

In this paper we describe the integrated waste management and its potential to optimize the costs in waste management. In contemporary world is attention paid to optimization of costs and not to their reduction. Cost optimization pay attention to additional factors, which can influence the production process or some other activities as for example waste management. This article addresses the impacts of the separating waste for costs of waste management in one particular Slovak town.
