摘要
In this work we characterize the matrices A with the following property: for each epsilon > 0 there exists a k is an element of N such that parallel to A(k) - I parallel to < epsilon for a given matrix norm. This characterization is applied to the theory of unitary, Hermitian nonnegative, positive and stochastic matrices. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
