摘要
The results of the studies of the processes of decision-making in management activity on the complex strategy including activity, structural, functional and genetic stages are generalized. A new approach to the study of decision-making in management is formulated. According to this approach decisions are considered as representatives of particular class of integral processes of regulation of joint activity on hierarchical type. It is proved that the processes of management decision-making (PMD) are organized in activity on the basis of structural-level principle in integral hierarchy with five macrolevels. The main styles of realization of PMD are revealed. The functional organization of the processes of decision-making in management is characterized in details; the main process principles of their functional genesis and their relation to other instrumental and expressive processes of organization of joint activity are revealed. The five-factors model of psychological structure of ability to management decisions is given. The main regularities of the genesis of PMD in the process of the subject's mastering of profession are revealed and characterized. An attempt to synthesize the results in integral system of conceptual representations concerning PMD is made.
