摘要
The activated carbon modified by manganese oxide was prepared using immersion method. The effects of reaction temperature, gas hourly space velocity, relative humidity, COS concentration and stability on the desulfurization performance were investigated. The results show that the catalyst has good performances under the condition of the temperature 40-70°C, gas hourly space velocity of 1000-2500 h-1, relative humidity of 2.40%-6.20%, COS concentration of 0.9-2.5 g/m3. The Mn/AC catalyst is applicable to removing COS in yellow phosphorus tail gas. Moreover, deactivation of the catalyst is due to the gradual poisoning of the surface alkalescence hydroxyl by the formation of sulfate along with the COS removal.
